CBM Miracles Day 2017

YOU can make Miracles happen

In 2016, Australians gave 27,680 people the Miracle gift of sight. This year, the goal is to give sight to 30,000 people

This year, we need to go even further and restore sight – and hope – back to the people who need it most, people like Raul who is a 34-year-old farmer who desperately wants to provide for his family but struggles to work due to his failing eyesight.

“It is very difficult to work with this eyesight problem because I can’t see what I am doing. But because I really wanted to help my family and really wanted to give a means of living for my family, I am still working even though I
can’t see what I am doing.”

Raul had this to say after his successful operation was finished! “My eyes are good today. I feel good! Thank you for your help. Because of you I was able to have my eyesight restored. And I hope you can help more people like me and now I am looking forward to working well again because I can see better than before.”

Now, he’s able to go back to work and can earn a living and support his family.
