Vegan Chocolate Mousse

*Coconut Cream x 4ooml
*Rice Malt Syrup x 1/2 cup
*Raw Cacao Powder x 1/4 cup
*Chia seeds x 1/4 cup

-Mix all ingredients together well in a bowl and put mixture in either small jars or glasses. Makes about 3 cup servings. The chia seeds will expand and set the mousse.  Refrigerate for approximately 3 to 4 hours.
