Back in 2019 we gathered blankets for the Geelong Refuge Assistance Program (G-RAP) to assist our newly arrived refuge community. Sadly, the Covid pandemic impacted so many great ministries and also halted all arrivals into Australia.

As our nation reopens, 96three is proud to be a collection point in partnership with three amazing local charities, G-RAP as well as Mission to Seafarers Geelong and Christ Church Geelong Meals for the Homeless. We’re calling it our Winter Warmers Appeal.

Could you help us support these charities by donating new or near-new blankets, quilts, towels, beanies, scarves, gloves, socks or cans of tomato, chicken or vegetable soup?

You can drop them off to 96three FM – Unit 15/147 Marshalltown Rd Grovedale

during office hours Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm before 15th July.

Follow the progress on our social media: Facebook and Instagram.

We will donate these on your behalf. Thank you for partnering with 96three to share warmth with others this winter.
